Joining the long list of Dragon Ball games is the most recent entry to make it to western shores, “Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2.” The game serves as a follow-up to last year’s Xenoverse game, which I considered a fresh and welcome approach to the franchise.
I’ve always thought it was impressive how many times I’ve seen a Dragon Ball game displayed onscreen at video game stores during my several visits to Akihabara in Tokyo over the years.
Then again, it’s also a testament to just how beloved Dragon Ball is.
I say that as someone who remembers playing various Dragon Ball games throughout the years, including one for the Famicom or Nintendo Entertainment System.
